I'm afraid that's almost impossible being you don't really live in any specific area to plant something and be at the same place during the growing period. In fact, they probably would not be able to return during the harvest season. However you may try to form techniques in harvesting.

Round 2
skyguy98 - Huzana Band Explore area for resources: 2 (unsuccessful) The Huzana band, in wonder of their surroundings, decide stop their travel to the mountains and instead look around for what this land offers. The Huzana band in all their searching find little but scrub as they have entered in the dying season of life on the plain. They find themselves also however not alone in their quest for resources as the prowling Grujan threatens them to shelter. The Grujan is a long nosed predator that hunts in loose packs that only meet when one finds something. Once on the chase they are nearly impossible to out run. There has been no attacks quite yet but the threat is enough to cause uneasiness in the band.
Stability: Shaky (0) Power: Tiny (1) Past Policies: Migrate north someguywhoisamember - Haven BandDevelop Gathering technique: 3 (limited success) The Haven band, in an attempt for more available nourishment have decided to develop better ways to gather food. Although there are few vegitation where they currently recide, a few trees surround ponds and rivers. Many of these tree are far to tall for the bandsmen and have caused many to taboo the bother of risking possible injury to capture the trees' fruit. In this bout of abition a few tribesmen had found a fashioned wooden stick surficed to gather the fruit by beating the trees repeatedly. The tool increased harvest of non-game nourishment but did not accomidaite the injuries caused by falling branches and sometimes the full tree. Stability: Shaky (0) Power: Tiny (1) Past Policies: Migrate north nickthenick - Samara BandMigrate south: 4 (limited sucess) The Samara band have reconsidered stay where they are due to the increasingly debilitating conditions. They instead attempt to move south. However, due to a mixture between the already exhausted bandsmen and the drying up of many rivers in the area causing canyon like structures to traverse, the bandsmen have not gotten to far. They instead have only gotten to a steppes like plains region that contains various groves scattered around muddy lakes in the horizon. They have found much more nourishment here than when they decided to stay where they were but have not gotten yet to the paradise they set out for. Stability: Shaky (0) Power: Tiny (1) Past Policies: Don't migrate [/p]

Could I fish in these lakes? If so, I'd like to take a turn to have my people hunt, gather, and if possible fish, to stock up on food.

without any tools I would see it nearly impossible to fish in these lakes. They are very muddy and tribesmen would probably never even get close to the water before sinking.

In that case, I'll just hunt and gather in the region to stock up on food.
